The Person

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program, working towards registration as a North Carolina PLA.

    3-6 years of hands-on design and permitting experience in land development.

    Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Adobe Creative Suites.

    Adeptness in ordinance research, site layout, grading, drainage, plant material selection, and planting design.

    Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

    A knack for creative solutions in intricate project scenarios.

    Organized approach with the aptitude to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Self-starter attitude with a dedication to delivering high-quality work promptly.

Project Engineer

This position will support our well established, and growing, land development and site design practice by providing site analysis, due diligence, land planning, site plan and construction document production, presentations, and more.
